The Music Studio Atlanta boasts more than 1200 students between their in-home and two studio locations, with an impressive roster of 65 of the best music instructors in Atlanta, and is one of the largest music studios in the country. They have also been recognized in 2023 and 2024 by the Cobb Chamber as a Top 25 Small Business of the Year award, as well as Top 3 Best of Cobb award. Cecilia Rowe, Director and CEO of The Music Studio Atlanta, credits her amazing team of teachers, staff members, and the support of her family and husband, Sean Rowe, owner of St. Angelo’s Pizza, with locations in Smyrna and Cartersville.

The awards ceremony included a presentation of a crystal trophy to Director Rowe and a check for $1,000 followed by a celebratory dinner with Mr. Fort.

The 2024 School of the Year award was presented on stage in April to Director Rowe at the National Music Studio Owner Conference in Las Vegas, hosted by the Music Academy Success. At that time, The Music Studio Atlanta, chosen from a collection of national candidates, brought the trophy home to East Cobb, Smyrna/Vinings. This nomination is a testament to those schools that have demonstrated exceptional performance and dedication to music education as determined by their peers.

Director Cecilia Rowe says, “It is an immense honor to receive the 2024 National School of the Year award, and I am deeply grateful to Music Academy Success and my peers across the country for this recognition. Over the past 30 years, music education has not just been my profession—it has been my passion and my life's work. The joy of watching our students discover their own love for music has been the greatest reward of all. This award is a testament to the incredible community we’ve built together—students, teachers, and families alike. I am profoundly thankful for each and every person who has been a part of this journey. Here’s to many more years of making music and inspiring future generations.”
